hotelDPO offers specialist data protection and privacy management services to the hotel industry. We don't do it on a day rate price because that's not relevant to the way hotels want to use our services. So we use a membership model instead. It's better value for you. It also allows us to be proactive in the way we deploy our services and skills. Better to prepare your business as a member to respond positively to data privacy issues than to risk the eye-watering expense of simply reacting to them.
The more members we have, the louder our voice when it comes to protecting private individuals and hoteliers alike. And of course, membership allows us to offer more flexible, relevant and useful products and services to you!
What you get depends on the membership level you choose.
When you go through the Transformation Programme and become a Privacy Management member you get access to specific services to help you maintain your privacy management capability and responsibilities towards your data subjects and their rights. In essence, this is what you get:

The most you ever need to commit to is one month so it lasts as long as you want it to. We don't lock you in to a long contract unless you want to take advantage of the annual prepayment discount. Then we're committed to each other for a year. We get the privilege of looking after you for a year, you get a discount on the membership fee.
Yes! You can change your membership level up or down at any time. You can manage your membership status in the members area. Our membership systems will calculate the pro rata payments so you only pay for the membership level you choose.
